Comment: The seller resided at this Mount Pleasant address for 55 years, agent Philip Chan reports. The buyer intends a 'facelift' and 'update.' The house sold for 12.5-per-cent more than the asking price. "I think the reason for that is the market is coming back,"Chan says. We had eight offers altogether, three of them from developers and three or four from people wanting to live there. We had people coming in on the first day wanting to pay the full price."
